As we mentioned, Zoe is a girl playing on an all-boys team. That's definitely something to be admired, but then there's the fact that she's doing it without fingers on her left hand.

Zoe was born without fully-formed digits on her left hand, but the way she catches and throws a baseball you'd hardly even notice.

Her dad, Jeff Wood, tells 6abc, "The way [Zoe's] been raised, we never really pointed it out. We just treated her like everyone else. We never let it get in her way at all."

So, how does Zoe acclimate to a sport that requires throwing and catching balls? Her dad says she switches her glove from one hand to the other to match the play action and she just makes it work!
