This Daily Dose of Good comes from Chelsea Lippincot of Atlantic County who works as an animal control officer for Shore Animal Control.

Chelsea says, "It's a rewarding profession even though it doesn't pay much. You don't do this job for the money you do it for the love of animals."

Unfortunately for Chelsea's own beloved dog, Monster, he was diagnosed with lymphoma about 2 months ago. Only being 4 years old and still of high energy, Chelsea decided to take Monster to the vet to under go multi-agent chemotherapy.

Monster has been through 5 treatments and is progressing well. However, the treatments are costly and it's very hard for Chelsea to care for so many other fur babies all day, especially when her very own is in so much need. So, friends and loved ones of Monster and Chelsea have set up a Go-Fund-Me to try and help pay for some of Monster's medical expenses.
