Police Look for Hit and Run Driver Who Killed Ocean City Man

Authorities have identified an Ocean City man as the person killed in a hit and run accident on the Black Horse Pike in Pleasantville back on Saturday, September 12th.

in the early morning hours of September 12th, Pleasantville Police responded to a call about a body in the road. Upon arrival, they discovered the body of Ned J. Tobias, 37, of Ocean City. Tobias had apparently been riding a bicycle that was struck by a car, which had left the scene.
