Remains of Humpback Whale Recovered in Brigantine Waters
First, a dolphin, now it's a whale. What a week.
Earlier this week, the remains of a spotted dolphin were found washed up on a beach in Sea Isle. Now, sadly, a humpback whale has been recovered by the Marine Mammal Stranding Center in Brigantine. Two events in one week? 2020's really coming for us, huh?

NBCPhiladelphia.com reports the Marine Mammal Stranding Center was first made aware of the whale as it passed under the Brigantine Bridge. A video was shared to Facebook showing the Atlantic City Beach Patrol towing the remains to what appears to be the direction of the MMSC. Watch:
The whale reportedly was recovered near equipment used to dredge up Jersey beaches.
