Sportscaster Dresses Up as Ron Burgundy [VIDEO]

This sportscaster from Idaho took Halloween to a new level!  He dressed up as Anchorman's Ron Burgundy.  Oh and he did his whole sportscast in character!

Brilliant.  Just brilliant!
