Two men from Wildwood are facing numerous charges following a narcotics investigation by the Cape May County Prosecutor's Office.

40-year-old Gonzalo Soto of Wildwood was arrested on June 25th during the execution of a search warrant at his home in the 200 East Block of Rio Grande Avenue.

Seized during the investigation were over one ounce of suspected heroin, synthetic marijuana, paraphernalia consistent with the manufacturing of controlled dangerous substances (CDS) for distribution, and almost $4,400 cash. The approximate street value of the drugs seized is over $10,000.

Soto was charged with maintaining/operating a CDS production facility, manufacturing CDS, possession of CDS, possession of a synthetic cannabinoid, distribution of CDS, money laundering, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Soto was lodged at the Cape May County Correctional Facility.

Also arrested during this investigation was 19-year-old Brandon N. Soto, also of Wildwood. He was charged with possession of CDS, distribution of CDS, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Brandon Soto was released with a summons pending court proceedings.
