Now me being super Italian, my favorite food is of course, PASTA (among other things)

How do you make pasta healthy? Well, cut out the flower and basically everything else by making it LOW-CARB and with only 2 ingredients:

1 cup of mozzarella cheese
1 egg yolk

BOOM. DONE. 2 ingredient, low-carb PASTA!
