Two Road Construction Projects to Start in Hamilton Township

Two road construction projects are about to begin in Mays Landing.

Authorities in Hamilton Township say road work is planned for Mill Street in the area of the Wheaton Bridge from Tuesday to Thursday of this week from 7AM to 3:30PM. During the work, traffic will be reduced to one lane.

Meanwhile, on Thursday between 8AM and 3PM, New York Avenue will be closed to thru traffic. Only residents living in The Village at Hardings Run II or Pine Grove Apartments will be allowed access to New York Avenue and that will be from Route 40 only.

Please allow extra time during your commute or seek an alternate route of travel.
