Who Vandalized Water Meters at Numerous Millville Houses?

Millville Police are trying to figure out who's responsible for vandalizing water meters at a bunch of homes in the city.

Police say the touch pads or wires that lead to water meters have been cut or ripped off a number of houses.

Police report that this has happened at houses in the 400 block of West Green Street, the 400 and 500 blocks of Buck Street, the 200 blocks of Oak and Vine Streets, and others in the area.
