The power of social media and community strikes again after a Facebook post helped pair a lost ring with its owner, 55 years later.

NJ.com reports, Estell Perez-Nulph found the ring last weekend in a Lowe's parking lot in Lumberton, NJ. Immediately she went on Facebook to post the photo of the ring and hopefully find its owner.

The wedding ring that had an inscription from 1962 was shared over 2,500 times and caught the attention of NBC 10 Philadelphia. When the owners saw the broadcast, they knew the ring belonged to them: Imagine being reunited with something this special you thought you'd never see again? Such a kind and amazing use of Facebook on Estell's part. As for Estell, she congratulated the couple on being married for so many years. So beautiful!
