
13-Year-Old Girl Struck By Car on Black Horse Pike
There's been another serious accident on the Black Horse Pike in Hamilton Township.
For the second time in 8 days, a car has struck a pedestrian on the Black Horse Pike.
Police in Hamilton Township say a 13-year-old girl was struck by a vehicle about 5:45pm yesterday while crossing the road, at the intersection of Leipzig Avenue. Police report the unidentified girl sustained serious injuries and was transported to AtlanticCare Hospital in Atlantic City.
The driver of the car was Ann M. Meyers, of Mays Landing. Neither she nor her passenger were injured in the crash, which remains under investigation.
Back on November 2, John Clayton of Egg Harbor Township was struck and killed while attempting to cross the Black Horse Pike near McKee Avenue.
