Authorities in Gloucester County are asking for help as they try to identify two men wanted in connection to an armed robbery last month.
The Glassboro Police Department says at about 4:30 on the afternoon of Sunday, November 24th, a 21-year-old man was walking in the area of the traffic circle on Route 322 when he was approached by two black men, one tall and thin and the other shorter than the first.
According to police, the pair asked the man if they knew where they could buy marijuana, but he said no, and they continued to talk to him about things he was carrying, which he then agreed to sell to the two men.
Officials continued the chain of events,
The suspects lured the victim to the area of Academy and Grillo Streets with the promise of payment. One of the suspects, who was on a bike said he had to ride home to get the money while the victim and the second suspect followed behind. When they met back up with the suspect on the bike he pulled up his shirt and pulled a black handgun from his waistband displaying it and told the victim to turn over all his property.
The victim complied and then the two suspects fled south on Academy Street and continued south past Grove Street.
