AC Airport Fire Department Celebrates ‘Take Your Kid To Work Day’
Ride a firetruck? Check. Tour the airport? Check. Climb in a helicopter? Check. These children hit the 'Take-Your-Kid-To-Work-Day' jackpot!
The Atlantic City Airport Fire Department teamed up with the US Coast Guard to give the children visiting for 'Take Your Kid to Work Day' an epic emergency vehicle demonstration!
The AC Airport FD shared pictures to their Facebook page documenting all the fun things the children of the employees got to see yesterday. Take a look:
See the helicopter? The U.S. Coast Guard Atlantic City Air Station came out to give the kids a closer look at one of the Coast Guard's most essential pieces of equipment. In addition to letting them inside the cabin, the Coast Guard gave them a little hover demonstration so they could see the helicopter in action.
To be honest, it's not clear who had more fun - the kids or the parents? What an awesome day!
