An Exclusive Look Backstage at the Barefoot Country Music Fest
The Barefoot Country Music Fest in Wildwood was absolutely incredible to see in person. But what was it like backstage?
While thousands of people were on the beach having the best summer ever listening to four days of some of the best live country music on the planet, an army of people was working backstage to keep the train on the tracks, the train running on schedule, and running full speed ahead.
And when I say army, there are hundreds and hundreds of people that you don't ever get to see. My appreciation for everyone from the people who operate the cameras and lights to the people running the audio boards to those pouring the beer and serving-up food is immense. Not to mention the dozens of police officers, EMTs, security guards, and firefighters who were there keeping everyone safe.

At the Barefoot Country Music Fest, I had a few opportunities to go up on stage and introduce a few of the bands -- and, man, words can't describe what it was like being up there. Wow.
