When we first learned HomeGoods was going to be opening a store in Mays Landing last spring, the response on social media was very welcoming. Several months later, work is progressing quickly on the new store.

Crews have seemingly been working around the clock at the Festival at Hamilton shopping center in Mays Landing for the past several months as several smaller businesses were moved to make way for the one larger HomeGoods store. Within the past week or so, two giant signs were installed on the front and back of the building.

If you're not familiar with the store, HomeGoods is a chain of discount home furnishing stores owned by TJX Companies, which also owns TJ Maxx and Marshall's.
