Spooky season isn't just for the kids to have fun. Us grownups want our share of the good times, too. It's really great to see all of the fall activities popping up all over the Delaware Valley that have fun things to do for both kids and adults.

Sure, many adults enjoy the classic pumpkin spice lattes and cozy flannels, but fall is so much more than that! It’s about gathering with friends, enjoying the outdoors, and celebrating the season in unique ways. Whether it’s a cozy bonfire with friends or a day at the cider mill, there are endless ways to enjoy fall. For this one specific activity, though, you'll have to leave the kids at home.

PA winery offering adult trick-or-treating this fall

Where are all my wino-vinos at? Fall is usually the time of year that I start getting into red wine again. I can't drink it during the summer months. The heat makes it a lot less enjoyable than it is when I indulge in a glass or two once the temperature gets cool.

As the fall season becomes more popular, wineries and breweries are stepping up their game. Many offer seasonal tastings, where you can sip on delicious pumpkin ales or rich, spicy wines that perfectly capture the essence of fall.

If you head out to the PA suburbs of Philadelphia this season, you can enjoy the fun of fall sips and what spooky season is really all about: candy! Who says you have to wait until Halloween to get your sugar fill?

Celebrate Halloween with your friends as you try the pairings Chaddsford Winery has prepared for you. Be prepared to enjoy five different wines paired with variations of both sweet and savory snacks.

Tickets are $40 during select weekends from October through November. People say they sell out fast, so make sure you secure yours sooner rather than later.
