Did You Set Smart Goals for 2015?
If your New Year’s resolution was to lose some weight this year, you are not alone.
It is one of the most common resolutions that people make, and unfortunately - break.
About 30% of all resolutions are broken before February, so right about now, you might be starting to fall off the weight loss wagon.
To accomplish a goal, you need a plan that is smart, which stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Rewarding and Time bound.
Instead of saying I want to lose 20 pounds, aim to lose a pound a week for 20 weeks. And, be specific on how you will do it – for instance, I will work out every other day, keep a food log and skip deserts. Goals are just dreams with a plan. Make your plan smart.
