EHT Mail Carrier, Local TV Station Employee Among Those Busted on Child Porn Charges

Fourteen New Jersey men, including six from the South Jersey area have been arrested as part of a crackdown on distributing child pornography.

The arrests were made in the past month as part of a program called, "Operation Predator Alert."

Among those arrested, according to The Press of Atlantic City, were James and Mitchell Beard, both 32, of Lower Township, Jeffrey M. Mander, 25, of Bridgeton, Mark Miller, 66, of Millville, Juan Carlos Alvarez of Egg Harbor Township, and Francis "Frank" Gillice of Cape May Court House.

The Press of Atlantic City reports "Juan Carlos Alvarez is a mail carrier" and "the Facebook page of Mitchell Beard lists his employer as 'WMGM-TV NBC 40'.”
