A Forked River man who may have been up to doing some yard-work was not up to paying for items at the Lacey Home Depot.

Lacey Police arrested Christopher Cox for leaving the Home Depot on Tuesday morning with more than 35-hundred dollars worth of store items and neglecting to pay for them.

Officers learned that there were several shoplifters.
