Have You Heard What Could Land on the Former Volcanic Eruptions Site?

We have absolutely ZERO confirmation about this, but we thought we'd add to the South Jersey rumor mill by sharing what we've heard about the site of a former strip club.

Volcanic Eruptions was torn down a little more than a year ago, and the property in Mays Landing/Hamilton Township was put up for sale.

The latest rumor has Outback Steakhouse closing their EHT location and opening a new restaurant at the Black Horse Pike site.
