Man Shot on Route 30 in Absecon Thursday Evening

Police in Absecon are reporting that a man was shot - apparently while driving on Absecon Boulevard (Route 30) in Absecon.

Police say they received a call about a man shot at 8:15pm, near the Travelodge Hotel.

When police arrived on thee scene, they found a car driven by Kahree Nesbitt, who had suffered a gun shot in the torso

Absecon Police provided emergency medical care, and he was taken to the hospital for treatment. Police say he's currently in stable condition.

Police say Nebitt was shot on the west-side of Absecon Boulevard near the area of the Delilah Road exit ramp.
