Margate Man Arrested in EHT With 98 Bags of Heroin

Egg Harbor Township Police have arrested a Margate man, after finding 98 bags of heroin in his vehicle.

Police arrested Charles Runte, 33, of Margate, charging him with possession of heroin and possession of heroin with the intent to distribute.
