Mays Landing Man Struck and Killed By Car in Pleasantville

A 28-year old Mays Landing man is dead - police say he was struck by a car in Pleasantvillle.

The Press of Atlantic City is reporting that Ryan Mammoccio, 28, was pronounced dead at the crash scene early Sunday morning.

The Press quotes Pleasantville Police as saying the accident happened just after 4:30am Sunday in the 700 block of the Black Horse Pike.

According to The Press, the driver of the car, Hoang Nguyen, 39 of Egg Harbor Township remained at the scene and cooperated with police.

The accident remains under investigation.
