Several Local Car Dealerships Named to “Best Car Dealers" List

Several car dealerships in Atlantic and Cape May Counties have been named to Newsweek's first-ever "America's Best Car Dealers" list.

The publication partnered with a large research firm to rank the best car dealers in the United States, starting first with the East Coast, because as the reality of driverless cars gets closer and closer, the change in how Americas drive and purchase cars will change. That change will impact, "jobs, infrastructure, finance, the economy, environment and society," according to Newsweek.

Based on a survey involving some 12,000 people who all bought cars in the past three years, Kindle Auto Plaza in Cape May Court House as well as Bennett Chevrolet, BMW of Atlantic City, Boardwalk Honda, and Chapman Ford, all of Egg Harbor Township, all made the list as the top car dealerships along the East Coast.

In a press release from Group 1 Automotive, owners of BMW of Atlantic City, Vinnie Menniti, general manager of BMW Atlantic City said, "To be recognized as a top dealership on the East Coast by a national publication is a great honor for our team."
