We've got some good news going into this weekend. It looks like we're in for some gorgeous weather as we celebrate the last weekend of May.

No doubt, many will flock to the beaches to enjoy the first warm weekend on the sand. While most South Jersey beaches are open for sunbathing, if you plan on taking a dip in the water, make sure neither of these two locations was your planned beach destination.

    Longport

    While it's fine to relax on Longport's beaches this weekend, NJ.com has reported that swimming is still prohibited. Beach tags are still on sale for this beach through Father's Day.

    Cape May Point

    Cape May Point's official season doesn't kick off until June 20th, so swimming is banned until then. However, lounging and sunbathing are allowed at the present. That's about it, though. According to NJ.com, there are some recreational activities still prohibited until further notice.
