Cops in Atlantic City say a month-long investigation into the distribution of drugs resulted in three people being arrested last Thursday.

The Atlantic City Police Department says their detectives launched an investigation after a concerned citizen reported drug distribution on the beach block of Ocean Avenue.

Detectives recently served a search warrant at an apartment and arrested three men. During the search, cops found more than 14 grams of cocaine and items used to distribute drugs.

The following people were arrested and charged:

ARRESTED: Jaequan Brown, 18, of Atlantic City.
CHARGES: Possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS within 500 feet of a public zone, and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.

ARRESTED: Hakim Clark, 30, of Atlantic City.
CHARGES: Possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS within 500 feet of a public zone, and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.

ARRESTED: Troy Pratt, 49, of Vineland.
CHARGES: Possession of CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS, possession with intent to distribute CDS within 500 feet of a public zone, and possession of narcotic paraphernalia.

All three were released on a summons with a future court date.
