Trust Us: 5 Crazy Things Not to Do at Wildwood’s Barefoot Beach Fest
We are getting closer and closer to the Barefoot Country Music Fest on the Beach in Wildwood, August 19 - 22.
It's going to be a blast with over 30 acts including Carrie Underwood, Dan + Shay, the Zac Brown Band, Lee Brice, John Pardi, Billy Currington, and more.
Yes, it will be a fun time - if you don't ruin it!
You know what happens sometimes - everyone is all-in on fun when someone steps over the line and does something a little... well, stupid.
Don't be that person.
Just in case, we've put together a list of things you probably should not do at the concert festival.
Here you go:
1. Don't Feed the Seagulls!
Yeah, we get it, they're everywhere, squawking away. You just want to help them. So, you decide to maybe feed them.
One word: don't!
This will create a catastrophe of epic proportions!
Look, think of them this way: They're flying rats.
Stop. Don't.
People trying to feed or do stupid things to seagulls will result in people attacking YOU. Check this out.
2. Don't Eat the Seagulls.
You know if we don't say it, someone somewhere might try this.
Stop. Don't.
It's one thing feeding them. Take it from us, it's a worse thing trying to eat them. We know, we checked it out.
3. Don't Squirt Your Breast Milk at Other Concert Goers.
Again, if we don't say it, someone may try it.
It's been tried before. You can check this out, but we recommend, you really don't:
Nothing like having your day ruined by someone spraying their breast milk at you at a concert!
4. Leave Your Fireworks and Explosives at Home.
This is actually one of the concert rules.
You don't want to ruin other people's fun, and you don't want to blow off your finger! You're trip to the trauma center may prevent you from catching Carrie Underwood!
5. Don't Bring a Kite or a Drone.
We get it, you like to fly stuff. This just isn't the time or the place, Bubba. Leave 'em at home. Again, it's another rule.
By the way, you'll find a list of concert rules and policies here.
These are easy rules, right? If you're barefootin' in Wildwood, just be respectful of others and be ready to have fun!
