Two recent investigations by local law enforcement agencies have resulted in one person being arrested, cops asking for your help in finding two other people, and over $150,000 in narcotics being seized.

According to a press release, on January 2nd, Atlantic City Police and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force conducted search warrants at a residence in the 4900 block of Harbour Beach Boulevard in Brigantine and a vehicle registered to the target of the investigation, 41-year-old Chris McLean. As a result of the warrants, detectives recovered 6,400 bags of heroin, 210 grams of cocaine, and related paraphernalia.

As of this writing, McLean and his co-conspirator, 26-year-old Chanell Summers of Brigantine, are currently wanted by law enforcement and are each facing two counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance, two counts of possession with the intent to distribute, conspiracy, and maintaining a CDS production facility.

On January 5th, the ACPD and the FBI Safe Streets Task Force conducted a search warrant at a residence in the Oyster Bay Condominiums in Absecon. The target of the investigation, 38-year-old James “Toby” Galloway of Absecon, was arrested after detectives recovered 264 grams of raw uncut heroin, four ounces of packaged heroin, 12 grams of fentanyl, two ounces of cocaine, 14 ounces of marijuana, and paraphernalia used for the purpose of distributing narcotics.

Galloway is facing three counts of possession of CDS, three counts of possession with intent to distribute CDS, possession with intent to distribute within 1000 feet of a school zone, and maintaining a CDS production facility.
