
Hero Who Saved Two From Burning Building in Marmora Identified
Officials with the Marmora Volunteer Fire Company says a Good Samaritan rescued two people trapped on the second floor of a Sunday afternoon fire.
A person who says he were one of the people rescued has identified the hero.

The Marmora Volunteer Fire Company received a call about a fire at 2:30pm Sunday. The fire was reported on South Shore Road, just across the street from the Marmora Wawa. Witnesses had reported flames coming from the building, housing a hair salon.
When crews arrived on the scene, they found the building under heavy fire and smoke.
They also learned that someone, apparently passing by, found a ladder and placed it near a second floor window so two people could escape the fire.
