So with football season kicking-off, and pre-game parties/tailgates conquering all--I figured nuggets would be an amazing appetizer for my fanatics. But how do you make these easy dippers healthy? With veggies!
All you need to make this deliciousness is:
- 3 carrots, peeled & cut into chunks
- ½ head cauliflower, broken up
- 1 head broccoli, broken up
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 egg
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon pepper
- 1¾ cup plain bread crumbs
This recipe makes about 35 nuggets and it's PERFECT.
