Volunteers Rehab the Amvets Building in Villas

Volunteers from Villas in Cape May County were hard at work yesterday to restore the Amvets Building on Bayshore Road.

Folks from Keller Williams Realty along with some huge-hearted members of the Villas community got together to rehab the building at the address 1519 Bayshore Road right next to the Wawa. The building has formally housed numerous restaurants and a donation center for a children's charity, but was damaged in a fire a few years back.

Now, residents of Villas right outside Rio Grande are restoring the building for the Amvets organization. Amvets Post 21 is getting a complete makeover and we were there to witness it. Check out these awesome pics!
