Front Deck Collapses in Sea Isle City

6ABC.com shared the story of a deck on the front of a residential property in Sea Isle City collapsed while a group of young people were still on it.
Multiple witnesses have reported a different number of people enjoying the outdoor space when the incident occurred, but one of the victims of the collapse, Skylar Donchez, told 6ABC that it was only about ten people. According to other bystanders, though, that number could have possibly exceeded twenty.
The deck crumbled underneath the group's feet last night after they heard what Donchez describes as a cracking sound. Then, she says, the deck "fell backwards", according to 6ABC. Donchez was then treated at the hospital for a concussion.
