Every week, Jahna is honoring one of the youngest members of our community with the title 'Jahna's Good Egg of the Week' brought to you by Gary's Restaurant!

In order to be selected, a child from Pre-K through 12th grade must be nominated by someone for something they've done or continuously and consistently do for the South Jersey community. From volunteering to simple, random acts of kindness, Jahna's Good Egg of the Week should be someone that embodies the huge heart of the South Jersey region who is always thinking of others.

We're proud to announce the  Good Egg of the Week (Friday, May 24th - Thursday, May 30th):

Congratulations to Savannah Spinelli of Galloway!

Nominated by Melissa Bates, Savannah's been pretty busy helping out all over South Jersey. She's in 7th grade at Galloway Middle School and is a very active Girl Scout. Savannah's helped pick up trash as she volunteers with road clean ups in her hometown of Galloway. She, along with her Girl Scout troop, volunteer to cook dinners for the families staying at the Ronald McDonald house in Camden. Savannah also has a passion for the outdoors. In fact, she's even working on a sustainable bee garden in Smithville in an effort to achieve her Silver Award for Girl Scouts. In addition to what is an extremely long list of extracurriculars, Savannah is also committed to putting an end to the bullying epidemic in our school systems, working to take a stand against it in her own school, Galloway Middle.

Keep up the GREAT WORK, Savannah! Congratulations on your title of this week's Good Egg of the Week!

Savannah wins breakfast or lunch for TWO at Gary's Restaurant in Pleasantville AND a pair of movie tickets to Tilton Square Theaters!
