What Are They Building Here in Mays Landing?

Normally we're able to pass along what's being built where, but this one's got us stumped.

A semi-empty lot on Route 40 in Mays Landing where people have parked used cars for sale for years is suddenly seeing a lot of activity. Contractors have been clearing trees and other debris for a couple weeks now, but we're coming up empty in trying to figure out what's going here.

This is located on Route 40 near the back entrance to the Mays Landing Walmart. If I recall, many years ago there was an (Italian?) restaurant located here.
