Yet Another Winning Lottery Ticket ($50K) Sold in Egg Harbor Township, NJ
Egg Harbor Township may be looking to change the name of the township to Lucky Township.
Not really, but it would reflect the luck of local lottery players of late.
New Jersey Lottery officials say a winning $50,000 lottery ticket was purchased at Joe Canal’s Discount Liquor, 3119 Fire Road, in the township. The ticket was for the Monday, April 11th drawing for the Powerball game.
The ticket was one of three in the state that matched four of the five balls in the drawing.
"The winning numbers for the Monday, April 11, drawing were: 05, 07, 24, 31, and 34. The Red Power Ball number was 04. The Power Play was 2X."
Besides Egg Harbor Township, the other $50,000 winning tickets were sold in Middletown (Monmouth County) and in Sparta (Sussex County).
Other winning lottery tickets sold in Egg Harbor Township recently include a $344,000 Jersey Cash ticket from last Friday night, sold at Dino's Deli & Subs, and a $100,000 ticket back in March for the Powerball game, purchased at the Royal Farms location on the Black Horse Pike.
Way to be lucky, EHT!
