    Most of these foods also have the added benefit of not being that processed and could be a lot better for you to consume overall.

    These are the food groups that you should avoid while on the paleo diet. Some of these foods are perfectly healthy, but others are heavily processed and are not the best choice for a health-conscious nutrition plan, whether or not you are on the Paleo Diet.
